Contrast /Brightness Box Stuck On Screen

when i switch on pc the contract/brightness box is in the middle of the screen . 3 options
contrast
brightness
dcr off
there is like a cursor light flashing between all 3 how can i get this to go away

      Usually they go on when you accidentally touch one of the monitor buttons and fade out if left alone for half a minute or so. Touching the buttons keeps them on screen longer. If not then unplugging as above should fix it.

      You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
