Solved Black Screen When Sign Up For New User Windows 10

hi,
i’m using a lenovo laptop….recently i updated the OS to windos10… my administrator mood is working fine but when i sign in for other user, the screen goes blank… i dont understand, why !!! i have created new users for several times…but everytime the screen becomes blank (Black), when i tried to sign in for the user mood… can anyone gim’me suggestions for solving this problem.
