How To Format Linkbook

My friend is the owner of above called device but got a laptop as a present.He isn’t up to date with computer/internet software and anything with buttons and a screen, and is a fisherman..But his laptop got stolen recently.Now he want to use this Linkbook again..But don’t know any passwords or usernames, cause did not use for long time.I am trying to help, because he almost threw it in the ocean, and I stopped to help..But I put it on, and ask for password immediately. I’m also not a genius, but can you instruct me how to format to original…(if that is the thing to do)…Don’t know how to fix this thing for my grumpy “the Grinch” fisherman friend
