Laptop Keyboard Auto Type qqqqqqq. No Viruses Detected

Hello,
My LAPTOP auto types qqqqq after some time intervals. This is very annoying specially while chatting or entering passwords. My anti virus programs have failed to detect any viruses. This happens only in my user account not in the guest account nor in any other account . Can you please guide me towards fixing the problem.

      Doesn’t sound like a virus, more like a keyboard issue. It could be pure coincidence that it has only shown up when in your user account.

      Two things to try:
      1. With the computer off, give 12 or so firm taps on the “q” key – that sometimes fixes key issues, for a while anyway.

      2. Try an external keyboard and see if you still get the issue.
