Then, at whatever pace, you find yourself a Service or Maintenance manual for the model, carefully open up the laptop, and REMOVE all liquid or the dried deposits from liquid that you find. If you don’t want to do that yourself, take it to a local place that repairs laptops and have them do that – that’s a frequent thing that they do.
It’s just plain stupid to use a laptop after you have spilled liquid on it unless you have done that ! Even dried deposits from a spill can cause your laptop to be damaged furher !

However, there are often many possible keyboards for a specfic model – you need to buy the right one. The part number of the keyboard is usually on a stuck on label on the bottom of the keyboard, but you will have to find out how to remove the keyboard in order to find that.
If the laptop seems to work fine with a USB keyboard, there may be nothing else wrong with it.
Why did you flash the BIOS? If you cancelled mid-installation you are lucky the computer is even booting. When you boot the computer do you see how much RAM is installed?What is the full model number of your HP?What BIOS file were you attempting to install?

Memory Frequency = Core Speed / Integer Divisor**
**The Integer Divisor is calculated by dividing the Core Speed by the product of the (actual memory setting/default memory speed x CPU Reference Clock x 2), then rounding up to the next whole number.

Core Speed = 225MHz x 14 = 3150MHz
