Clean contacts on the head (if possible – and carefully).

Switch the printer on – without head or cartridges. Let it do whatever it may – likely cough up error messages galore on its built-in lcd screen? Then power off and re-install the head and cartridges. Then power up and fingers crossed etc.?

  9. It depends, If you're at the Walmart store, some setups allow you to connect to a special WiFi, once that is done you follow the instructions on the photo kiosk. If your trying to send them from off site, you may have to download an app.The best answer would probably be to call Walmart and ask them.
