When you have got the files plug in the Scanner and point the Installing Drivers to the folder you extracted the files too, do not actually run the .EXE file at this time, keep us posted.
You didn't list any specs so we have no idea what you're working with - desktop or laptop? Old or new? Did you check that Win10 was fully compatible with your computer before "upgrading"?
