WinXP Drivers For Chronos PCI TV/FM Card

I have a Chronos “Video Shuttle II” PCI TV/FM card and need drivers for Windows XP.
The manufacturer’s installation CD contains Windows 98, NT & 2000 drivers only, none of which work in an XP environment.
