i have the same problem the menu and game start run and work but the game thinks that the stupid disk isn’t in the drive and when i click the ok button 3 tims it goes into could not validate half life and its on windows 7 and its fustrateing and i can’t find the right site to download the game so i realy need help its so badly fustrateing

make sure its a legal copy b4 contacting valve for support. if it were pirated tough luck
