I’m sitting here at my desk looking at a D-Link DWL-2200 AP that is a PoE device. They come with their own injectors.
For the most part, when possible, we plug those into a PoE capable switch but there are a couple instances where it hasn’t been possible and I’ve used the injectors. I’ve also used an injector from the D-Link WAP to provide electricity to another PoE capable device (a VoIP phone) from a different manufacturer.
You can also buy rack mountable PoE injectors. It’s been a while since I looked at one but I believe they come various sizes (ie: 12, 24, 48 ijector ports)
I do not believe anybody makes PoE routers. Which is to say, routers that you can use PoE to provide electricity to them. At least, I’ve never seen one. But, you might be able to buy a PoE switch which would work in this case if combined wtih an injector at the other end of the line.

Page 27 is the start of the configuration details – so after a quick browse of the earlier pages… perhaps work your way through from there?
When you do get it working again – pay close heed/attention the issue of security. At the least set a password to restrict access to wifi; and ideally change it from whatever the default already suggested (in the manual?) may be. Keep a note of the password – in more than one place. I often email it to myself (in a rather vague way…) so as to have it saved somewhere off my systems entirely; also make a hard copy and stored safe (where I can remember and find it – with other similar “stuff”…); and also as a file on some external storage device(s). That way one has it if the need arises. Pasting it on the base of the modem is often OK too – as long as you and your friends/family are the only folks likely to ever go near the router?

The switch is just a momentary contact. Open up the case, follow the wires from the switch back to the connector on the motherboard. Remove the connector, then using a small screwdriver or other metal object, short the two pins together. If it turns on the computer, your switch is bad and will have to be replaced.

Sorry i said PSU was made by ASUS but i appears u have custom built system so my guess here is u have mid or full tower (which both accepts full size video card).
If u don’t have mutiple HDDs or optical drives or any other additional components u may be able to run the video cards listed with your weak PSU.
