DCOM Got Error 1058

Cannot start google update? I’m not sure what this is. My laptop seems to be running fine but I get this error after running a diagnostic scan using Advanced Systems Care. Any ideas?

    1. Error 1058: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. You may also receive this error message when you try to start a service.

    2. Select Start, Control Panel, Automatic Updates uncheck Automatic and
      check “Notify me but don’t automatically download or install”. When
      notified commence the process by selecting Start, Help and Support, Keep
      your computer up-to-date with Windows Update and opt for a Custom
      install.
