How do you have the RAM slots populated? You need to consult your MBoard manual to see how the three modules should be installed in order to run in triple channel mode. Speccy indicates you are running in single channel mode.
This may be due to installing the modules in the wrong slots, a BIOS setting, or you may need to reset the CMOS.
There are lots of advanced settings for memory in the BIOS.
There are several BIOS updates that refer to memory compatibility. This indicates the board is fussy about what RAM it can successfully run.
There is a reset button on the board that I am not sure of the function.

The best thing to do would be to install a video card & disable the crappy S3 graphics. If that's not an option, have a look at this:http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Ope...

The link in the response above was about a USB to VGA adapter & a separate audio cable was required. A USB to HDMI adapter might function differently. Did you install the drivers from the disc?https://support.frescologic.com/por...Why are you using the adapter in the 1st place?

There is no way to know if the CPU has been damaged or not. Inspect the under side of the board for additional damage. If not found you can try reusing the CPU. Never heard of a fried CPU damaging a new board. You MAY need to perform a repair installation of Windows when things are put back togetherRead more

Up in #4 above you mention upgrading to newer processor and board. You will probably need to get new DDR3 RAM too.
