How To Set Default Excel Normal Window Size

When I open up Windows Excel (2003) I normally like it to open somewhat smaller than the maximum screen size, however today when I open the application the bottom of the Excel Windows is about 1/3 up from the bottom of the screen. So I have to click and drag it down to the bottom every time I open the application.

How does one go about re-setting the Normal Size of the Application window so it doesn’t open minimized, or maximized, but open in the normal size you define?

      Mine is set to normal, and I’ve tried re-sizing the window and closing the application (using the File – Exit method), but it still opens up in the smaller size. I also tried adjusting it and using Shift File – Exit but still opens up small. So is there any other way to close Excel after re-sizing it to get it to re-set the Normal Window Size?
