Internet Signal Keeps Cutting/Modem Log Below

My timewarner/motorola modem/linksys wireless router keeps stopping. It has to be reset 3 or 4 times a day. Time warner has been here many times says its not them. Can anyone interpret the info below to help me find out where the problem really is? Account was fine for years and all of a sudden-this has been two years. Changed out modem and router and rewired system. Someone just mentioned voltage fluctuation which happens a lot in lower Manhattan.

  1. When you emailed this log to timewarner tech support what did they have to say?

    Appears to me you have a line/provisioning problem. They are the only ones that can fix this.
