I lost the password to it and it wont let me do annythig reboot nothing. i have that problem too the thing i am trying the thing i am trying to get past is called Utimaco Safeguard Easy V4.30.0… will removing the battery for the CMOS work for that too?

Boot your Windows system into Safe Mode.
Click Start , than Run and type services.msc and then confirm with Enter or click on OK.
Search for the Sophos Anti-Virus service and click on it with the right mouse button.
From the context menu, select Properties and then deactivate the service.
Is this a work laptop??? That is data protection software, usually installed by company’s and people who wish to protect their data in case the laptop is stolen. If this is a work computer you should have your IT dept do this. If this is your own computer, you could call the manufacturer if you have proof of ownership, they may be able to help.
