Packard Bell Store & Save 3500 Is Not Recognised By My PC

My Packard Bell Store & Save 3500 external hard drive is not recognised by my PC as an external hard drive and I cannot access the data held within it, any potential solutions to this issue

      Did you try on different USB ports?.. Did you have the drivers for it?
      Also check out in disk management whether it is seen there.
