How Do I Turn Off The Power Lock On My Viewsonic N1930

When I hit the power button on the TV or using the remote the power wont shut off. The screen shows that the power lock is on I hit the up and down arrows on the TV and the screen says the power is unlocking. It lied too me

    1. go to viewsonic website and download your manual and see if its in there.if not try calling viewsonic 800 number they probably can help you they helped me with a viewsonic computer monitor one time.
