How To Clean Epson 620 Ink Chip Contacts

Epson 620 reports that new black ink cartridges are empty and will not print until replaced. I want to clean the chip contacts in case that is the problem.

    1. Not only clean the contacts on the cartridge but where they contact inside the printer. Cotton buds = T-Tips for the popular name (and brand) in the USA.
