CP 1160 Print Driver install error

I went to www.hp.com to download a print driver for the printer CP1160. During the installation process, everything seems to go fine until the very end where I get an error message: invalid data. An error occured during the installation. This printer is connected through USB. Any ideas? I removed the old driver and rebooted several times, the new driver won't seem to install.
