When typing in the address bar in windows explorer the screen seems to refresh randomly and clears out anything I have typed in there making it impossible to use.Is anyone having the same issue?
When some ads or animation or web page component modules load they tend to clear boxes you are typing in or remove the flashing cursor from the box. Try waiting until they have loaded, then start typing.
You could also try loading Flash Switch - it allows you to easily toggle Adobe Flash on or off, but..... - it only works in IE - you must exit IE to toggle it on or off, but you only need to click on the center of it's icon in your task bar to do that. - some web pages will ask you to install Adobe Flash when it is turned off http://www.flashswitch.com
