receiving e-mail as html

I am using Outlook Express and when I receive e-mail from a hotmail client it is shown as HTML not as a text e-mail this is the only e-mails that show up this way, others also receive them the same way.. but they show up correctly to other hotmail clients ???? Is there something on the senders side that needs changed or does something on mine need changed to read this ok?

Just check this for starters.

Open OE, Tools > Options, tick > Read all messages in plain text.
