I recently installed a DLink 520 Phoneline network card. I got the red X and "Network Cable Unplugged" message in the Control Panel (yes I checked that the cable was OK and the phone line is working). I checked the resources and the IRQ was 22. Isn't there only 16 IRQs? Resources tab wouldn't let me force it to a reasonable IRQ number. Motherboard is ASUS (P4B). Anyway, the DLink people tried it with a "very similar" ASUS motherboard and it worked fine (IRQ was 9 or something). They suggested I reinstall XP with the card in place. Same result. Same result in different PCI slot (IRQ23). Any suggestions??? THANKS.
