Can anyone help with this ..

When in the office I can access my yahoo e-mails on my laptop fine, using my dial-up connection with a '9' prefix to access the outside line.

Go home remove the 9 prefix and everytime I try logging in I get a ERROR 603: Invalid username or Passord message.

Thanks for any help offered !

need more info, like who is your isp provider etc. Do you access your account through a webpage or email program. I really don't see how that 9 could create the problem. Many times cookies settings can create the problem. But still need to know more. Or contact yahoo.

Are you having problems connecting to your ISP, or logging into Yahoo once you're connected?
