Comment: hi im having this weird problrem hope u guys figure this out i have a hp nx 7300 lappy running on xp sp2 all was fine with it when suddenly my cd disc drive stopped reading the cd's however when i insert a blank disc it works ok the problem is only with discs that have data in it wat 2 do plz help??

Reply: (edit)How do you know the blank ones are being recognized? Are you getting any errors when you try and access data on the disks that contain data? Life's more painless for the brainless.
