Some information would be nice, like what e-mail program you are using, and what e-mail programs are being used to send these non-arriving e-mails...........................

May not be your Outlook, it may be a filter at your ISP. Log-In to your ISP's web mail site & uncheck the spam filter. It may not be delivering mail that is "not addressed to me" as a way to fight spam & the spread of viruses.
