Comment: I can change AOL e-mail color from black to some color. Recipient sees it in color but my computer still shows message in black text. When the recipient replies and sends the message back it is in black on my computer. I've checked my video card and it says no trouble. Can someone help me fix this annoying problem? I'm using AOL 9.1 AOL tech couldn't help me fix it. Thanks

Reply: (edit)Two good ideas. One I had tried earlier (the restore software idea) and it didn't fix the problem. I had not thought of checking Word colors. I have now though and the colors came up on my screen just as they should when I clicked on them. So it is definitely an AOL problem IMHO. Two different AOL reps said they would report the problem but so far it still isn't fixed. I truly appreciate your help!
