Where can I find some resources to install/run Windows 98. I have several flash drives, several computers without hard drives. I have been trying to google this without success.

I know I will need to upgrade the bios on the machines too.

The procedure is the same as installing to a hard drive. You just need a computer than can boot from USB. Plug in the USB drive, boot from the Windows 98 cd, and when asked where to install, select the flash drive.

The computer you listed probably is not capable of booting from a USB device.

Booting from USB devices is something relatively new is BIOS settings. For older equipment it is doubtful you will find a BIOSW update that will fix that.

if you need to run older machines, without a harddrive, linux live cd's may be an option.

Knoppix or Ubuntu live CDs are good
