I have a Acer 312T, and during the BIOS

ERROR
0271: Check time and date settings

came up. I've changed the CMOS battery and I thought that would take care of the problem. but the ERROR still is comeing up on the BIOS. Does anybody have any idea what I should do next.......
Because of this I can't get Past the BIOS to get to windows. If Anybody can help I will give you my fist born..(j/k) But realy if you can help in any way would be great...

After you changed the battery did you go into the BIOS menu & correct all the settings?

It's a laptop? You replaced it with one of these?
