Can anyone help me?
i have got a System Alert Popup icon in my add and remove programs list,which when i have tried to remove,it just shuts down after 5 seconds.i have run windows defender,windows malicious software removal tool,and done a full system scan with norton anti-virus,all of which has picked nothing up.

Download ATF CLEANER and SUPER Anti-Spyware and install them both, then , Boot to safe mode(F8 while booting up) and run the ATF Cleaner then the Super Anti-spyware and your Anti-virus
Then boot back to normal mode.

Trying these steps, seem to be working fine. They have detected the spywares.

Great!!!. It worked, but the bootsafe option in superantispyware should not be used. I chose the safe mode & after that even if I manually chose boot normally, it would go to safe mode. Finally I had to modify the boot file to start normally. Bootsafe would not open in safe mode.
