Comment: I WANT TO TROUBLESHOOT MY REMOTE SITES I SET UP WINDOWS DIAL-UP IN MY PC AND CRETATE INCOMING CONNECTION TO THE REMOTE PC AND WHEN I DIAL USING WINDOWS DIAL-UP THE WINDOWS INCOMING ACCEPT AND CONNECT TO THE MY PC AND I OPENED PC ANYWHER AND CHECK AT QUICK CONNECT OPTION THE REMOTE PC NAME DIDN'T SHOW UP SO I CANN'T CONNECT TO THE REMOTE PC DESKTOP. BOTH THE MODEM WORKS FINE HEY COLUD U HELP ME PLEASE. MAY BE IS THERE ANY WAY TO CONFIGURE WINDOWS MODEM INCOMING CONNECTION WITH THE PC ANYWHER WHEN CONNECTION IS ESTABULISHED TO SHOW AT PC ANYWHER QUICK CONNECT OPTION?

Reply: (edit)Why are you SHOUTING???????? Did you try entering the IP address instead of the hostname? Did you set the access permissions correctly on the remote machine? Life's more painless for the brainless.

Reply: (edit)Have you tried logmein.com? I've been using it for a couple of months now and it works great and is simple to use. It's also free.
