Comment:

I have this problem, I am trying to install Redhat Linux on a virtual disk in VMWare. Acutally I have found that I cannot install any linux distribution on a VMWare virtual disk.

Any ideas?

I run linux 7.1(Host), and run win98 on a virtual disk with vmware. It works great.I have not tried the opposite. But it should work.

What is your host OS?
What version of vmware you running?
What kind of error messages you getting?

JB
