Comment:

I have an ASUS A7A266 mobo, AMD 700 MHz Duron, 256M of DDR2100, an IBM 30 gig (7200 rpm) and a new Western Digital 40 mg (7200 rpm), a CDRW and CD-DVD. Those are connected to the two IDE integrated controllers on the motherboard. I am trying to add a CMD Technologies based PCI IDE Ultra ATA 100 controller to add my internal ide Zip drive.

I following installation procedures for the new controller board, Windows ME recognizes it and starts to install the driver, then prompts me for the location of 'pnp64x.mpd' file. I have no idea what or where this file is. I am assuming this is a Plug and Play thing but after several attempts to correct, all result in same dialog box asking for the location. Any ideas????

Thanks.
