i took a pc of a friend as he asked me to fix it for him, but i cannot find out whats wrong with it at all. He simply wants his broadband to work. It was working before but a helpline told him to delete something to do with broadband and we have no idea what it was. so i uninstalled all broadband and modem drivers and anything to do with broadband basically and tried to reinstall, no luck it says there was a problem installing new hardware etc, so i redeleted everything but now when the pc starts up it says bt voyager (name of the bt modem) requires you to restart your computer to complete setup , or something along those lines, even though there is no trace of anything to do with the voyager/btbroadband left on the computer to my knowledge, i was just wondering hif anyone has any soultion to this as it would be greatly apprciated. Its like after deleting it all something still remains, something i cant find no matter how hard i try, and then when i go and reinstall it wont work. Could there be any place the drivers are hidden, or when the computer starts up it shows that message that voyager requires me to restart my computer (its not on startup).

Any help appreciated.
