Comment: I am running a welding program in dos5, it would not run on anything higher. Once I get in to the mainscreen, a "code" runs accross the screen: fullcom3_tx_queue . Only alt+crlt+del get me out of it. Anyone have any suggestion????

Reply: Is there any way in this program to set the baud rate at which to transmit data? The error is saying that COM3 is not transmitting fast enough so its (the program's) internal buffer is overflowing. At least that's what the error looks like to me. You might try a faster baud rate (in case it's a software issue) or a slower baud rate (in case it's a hardware issue).
