Comment: U should clean ur computers with air pressure. It usualy heats up because of dust. My comp is a athlon xp 2400+ and it once overheated to 65 degres C. And then i cleand it and it went back to 35 degres (normal temp for it) AMD Computers Rule!

Reply: (edit)"Shouldn't this be for all computer users?" If the computer room is not stuffy and it is regularly cleaned. You'll have a lot less worries. B4 you criticize a bigger man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way, you're a mile away, and you have his shoes.

Reply: (edit)If I even suggested to my wife to clean my office, she'd beat my head in with a tire iron. LOL! "...but in my defense, it was dark, I was drunk, and it was delicious!"

Reply: (edit)LOL No one touches the inside of my pc but me to clean that sucker out. Hell I don't even like to trust mechanics to work on my truck every time something goes wrong and I can't fix myself. I guess you get that way with things that are pretty important to you in your everyday life.

Reply: (edit)aren't we missing something here? 65C to 35C ? a solid 30C difference :O Am no expert on heat issues, but a 5C or 10C difference might seem more like it but this is too much. Maybe Heat sink was not fixed properly or there were too many cables affecting air flow ... Good Luck and Happy Computing, Kailas Shastry,
