When we start our computer, some programs will automatically start up, which will slow down Windows running speed. Of course, some programs has an option for you to stop it running automatically. But some doesn’t, such as Microsoft’s new utility Snip. So, here is a tip for you to disable these programs from auto starting up in Windows 10.
Step 1: Input “msconfig” in the Windows search box. And click the System Configuration, or just hit Enter to open it.
Step 2: Click Startup > Open Task Manager, then right-click on the application you want to stop from starting up, choose Disable.
Alternatively, you can also right-click on the status bar and open Task Manager > Startup.
It also works on Windows 7 and 8.
