Recently, Google Chrome hasn’t been working properly with websites that use Adobe Shockwave Player. Here’s how to fix it:
Step 1. Go to Adobe’s website and download Shockwave Player:
Step 2. Download and run the installer.
Step 3. Type into chrome: about:plugins
Step 4. Select the +Details option in the top right corner of the screen.
Step 5. Scroll down to the one labeled Adobe.
Step 6. There should be two files. Find the one that is stored in a folder labeled Chrome. This should be beneath the Version, under Location.
Step 7. Select the blue text that says Disable.
Step 8. Voila! Chrome should now work with Shockwave Websites.
