“Please Help Me “I have a Packard Bell Vista Computer and it freezes on the Packard Bell welcom page and it wont boot unless the wreless keyboard is removed repace the wireless keyboard with a USB wired one and it is ok.

It’s probably the USB dongle that’s gone wrong – not much you can do about it except buy a new one or stick to the wired keyboard.
