Why Is My Mouse Clicking On Opposite Sides

My wireless mouse all of a sudden has opposite sides to click and so does my laptop clickers. How can I change them back?

      Click on ‘Start’, then ‘Control Panel’, then ‘Mouse’, the settings for right or left handed use are in there.
