Solved One Or More ActiveX Controls Could Not Be Displayed

I installed a DSA software on my labtop the when I try to view the contents, I received the Following messages: one or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed because either: your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page.

      1: Launch Internet Explorer.
      2: Select Tools from the menu bar at the top of the page.
      3: Select Internet Options.
      4: Select the Security tab.
      5: Select Custom Level.
      6: Select Enable for the option “Download signed ActiveX controls”.
      7: Click OK to close Security Settings.
      8: Click OK to close Internet Options.
      9: Restart Internet Explorer for the changes to take effect.
