I Lost Recovery Disc For My Packard Bell PC

I have lost my recovery disc for my packard bell pc. It doesn’t want to boot up at all. What can i do?

      … turn it on and hold-in the <F11> <key> @ bootup.

      … it should evoke the recovery.

      … or tap <F8> <key> @ bootup and select boot device,
      select “harddrive” [press enter]

      … keep tapping <F8> you should see another menu select the “repair” option

      … next another menu select “packardbell recovery” at the bottom

      … next alter the “username” dropdown to suit and enter the windows (if exist) password which should start the packardbell recovery.
