Blue File Names Instead Of Black, Why?

I have noticed a change recently where my folders and filenames have blue text instead of the normal black text. Only some of these files are affected but I don’t knw why…any ideas?

      Blue file names indicates that they have been compressed (using NTFS file compression). You can check this by looking at the Advanced Properties dialog for the file.
