Solved Win98 CPU Speed Hotfix Q312108

So if Win98 won’t boot due to the Windows Protection Error, how is one to install the hotfix? The hotfix is a Windows program, so it can’t be run from a command prompt. Trying to get Win98 to run under Hyper-V in Windows 10.

      Hyper-V does not officially support Win98 as a guest OS.
