The Blue Box That is Following My Pointer And Disrupting Typing

how do I get rid of this blue box that follows and disrupts my typing???? this blue box is around every image or text based communication I try How does it go away? its following every letter I type!!!!!!

      I can only think of 2 things this could be. The first one is that it is the computer narrator. It has a blue box around what it is reading aloud; if your volume is muted, you may not notice that. If you don’t see the Narrator in the taskbar, try checking the Task Manager under the Details tab (Crtl + Shift + Esc opens the task manager. You may need to click “More details” first).

      If it’s not that, it may be some spammy program; you should probably go through your programs in control panel and get rid of ones that look sketchy. (Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features)
