Solved Streaming Video Keeps Breaking Up!

When watching streaming videos on U tube or other websites, they keep breaking or go back to buffering…. I am contemplating to buy a new computer, what should I look for, when buying a new computer ?
Please advice !…Thanks

      Usually buffering is due to either your network connection being slow or because the Internet is busy. What speeds are you getting?

      Please do not double post – stay on here now. On your other one you said:
      “Does more memory or ram help?”
      “What should I look for, please help!”
      This is unlikely to be a RAM issue.
