Solved Samsung NP300e4c Shows No Boot Priority Menu In Bios

  • 0

i have a samsung np300e4c-a09jm that boots straight into the bios (Phoenix SecureCore Tiano). which would normally be no problem because i am pretty savvy with laptop repair. but in this case when i go to the boot menu its completely empty. could anyone tell me how to fix this. i would think that i’d just be able to go to samsung support and download a new (or newer) version of the bios. ironically samsung doesn’t even acknowledge that they make this particular model of laptop and furthermore i can find a download for this bios anywhere. any help would be appreciated.

  1. Here’s the support page for that model:

Apparently the ‘update software’ option under Firmware is a bios update.

You can download the manual there if necessary. It may have information about bios setup.
