Nero 6 complains Unable to load plugin manager , why ?

Nero is working , but complains Unable to load plugin manager , why ?
can I download the plugin manager separately and put in my Nero folder ? does anyone know the link ?

    1. The plugin manager cannot be downloaded separately.
      Try uninstall >> re-install and use only a legal, paid for copy.

    2. Nero V6 seems to be compatible with Win 8 according to MS Compatibility Center. Do as phil22 said.
