My Asus Stuck In Aptio Setup Utility Loop

my asus is running a 203 bios and i cant get it out of looping to this screen. please help i am a full time college student and need my computer

      Turn off the computer and unplug the power cord. If it’s a laptop remove the main battery too. Before putting it back together hold the Power Off/On button down for at least 20 seconds to discharge the motherboard components. At odd times it has been known to “unstick” computers.
