Java Problem Cant Print Or Java Applet Wont Validate Certifi

  • 8

I have this problem for months. on internet exploter (11) I cant print the 2 website I use most are websaver.ca and smartsource.ca

Normally a java applet should appear I click run and it should print. but now the java applet never shows up. On internet explorer it tells me java is not installed or not detected. several times I removed the old java and reinstalled it but it says its not there. In tools, advanced, it is allowed.
I did a refresh on internet tab still no luck.

Here is what the java console says (only in opera nothing ever happens in IE) Java Plug-in 10.76.2.13
Using JRE version 1.7.0_76-b13 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
after this a lot of info and before I would close this then another pop up would appear and it would print. now I get this message in opera only: failed to validate certifcate

since I could never find the solution I installed opera. it worked for a few weeks now I cant: a cannot validate certificate pop up appears and nothing will print.

I really need help as now I cant print on either platform same problem with google chrome. what am I doing wrong : I did a searc on google and followed numerous supposedly help pages info tot the letter with no solution: sti ll cant print. anyone can help me (not very good with computers BUT I can follow steps by steps.)
