Solved I Can’t Get Audio On My TV How Can I Fix This?

After connecting the Fresco Logic USB converter cable from tv to laptop there is no sound on my tv it is just coming from my laptop. How do I fix this?

      What is a “Fresco Logic USB converter cable” & why do you need it? Does your laptop not have a VGA, DVI, or HDMI-out port? I’m guessing you need to connect an audio cable from the laptop’s headphone port to the TV’s audio-in port.

      EDIT: if it’s something like THIS, you definitely need a separate audio cable.
